About Me

tejasvi: Girl in search of Everything food. Craft course in bakery,IHM Mumbai. In the past worked as a trainee at Gaylord, Mumbai, Indigo Deli, Mumbai and Co- Founded Thinespo, a casual dining restaurant at Hyderabad. I live with my husband, brother and pet puppy in my favourite city Mumbai and teach baking classes.These days I am drawn towards cooking indian food and overwhelmed at the endless possibilities of flavours from different regions with such diverse food cultures. I Love collecting cook books and spices, organise and re organise my tiny kitchen. Enjoy long strolls in local markets, speciality supermarkets, fish markets and butcher shop. Addicted to www.seriouseats.com, Don Draper(Mad Men), French chef series by Julia Child. Hoarder of indian handlooms, handmade soaps, lip balm and kitchen gadgets My current favourites- A pairing knife from Atlantic chef and a 150/- Rs cleaver I bought from a trip to Mcleodganj, Hemp intense moisturising lip balm by Body shop. Plenty more by Yotam Ottolenghi and Dearie- A remarkable life of Julia child by Bob Spitz
