Kneading some flour for your own loaf of bread is truly a therapy for mind , Starting out with four basic ingredients like flour, sugar, salt and yeast and creating your own loaf is magic! The possibilities of baking with these humble ingredients are endless. A simple white loaf of bread which the French call pain ordinaire when eaten right out of the oven with a little butter is heart warming, what's even better is baking it yourself. So come learn how to bake-a-bread!
You will learn
Doughnuts - we will start by making a rich brioche dough then roll, cut and deep fry the dough, toss
them in cinnamon sugar or coat it in a sugary coffee glaze and well eat!

Everyday Bread Loaf - Regular yet classic loaf made from a super versatile white dough. Loves butter or a drizzle of olive oil. we will take it up a notch higher by adding in some homemade basil pesto or Nutella.
Everyday Multigrain Loaf - To make it more real we will add in some whole wheat flour, some homemade multigrain blend or just plain oats.
Banana and Walnut Bread - More of a cake than a bread in texture, gets better with time and spells comfort food always.
All the baking will be done at home in a domestic kitchen so the same can be achieved at your home kitchens, all the ingredients and baking notes will be provided at our work stations, after all the baking we shall taste what we baked and make our own pairings with cheese, dips, spreads and cold cuts and wrap up our little tapas party!
